How does international shipping work?
 

We ship world-wide using DHL at a rate between R350 - R750 (+- $30 - $40) depending on which country you live in. Unfortunately, there is no free shipping available for international orders, regardless of cart size. So use the opportunity to stack your cart! 
 

How long does international shipping take?
 

International delivery outside of South Africa takes approximately 7-10 Business Days via DHL. Shipping includes real time tracking every step of the way to you, and regular email updates of your delivery status. Please note that once your order arrives in your country, it will be assessed by customs. Based on your country's legislation, you may need to pay a fee to release the goods into your country. Once that amount is paid, DHL will deliver your parcel to your door. 
 

If you have not received your parcel?
 

If your order has not arrived, please make sure you have tracked your parcel with the tracking code we provide in the fulfilment email. Once your order has been packed, processed and shipped you will receive the fulfillment email. You will only be able to track your parcel on the evening (6/7pm) the parcel was fulfilled. In your fulfilment email above your products you will have a CA/VA/DBP tracking code with the couriers company name in brackets next to it. Go onto the courier companies website and use the tracking code you received to get real time tracking on your parcel. If you can't track your parcel or if the parcel is taking longer than it should to get to you then please contact us.
